Freya Lines is a designer & craftsperson from London, where she works from her little desk overlooking her garden.
She finds inspiration in all things paper & nature, particularly leaves, seeds & flowers.

When creating her work Freya enjoys various disciplines as well as the meditative quality of process; handcrafting intricate & delicate drawings, patterns & hand made paper cuts.

The repetitive lines & patterns in nature & the repetitive movement used to recreate it through drawing & paper cutting is demonstrated in her 2010 work ‘Paper Garden’. With just a scalpel, Freya painstakingly hand crafted a unique display of paper cut layered structures & hangings.

Since graduating from The University of The Arts London in 2010 Freya has worked on various commissions for different clients; from greetings cards, to branding, logo and website illustration.
She also creates hand made paper cut works, including album cover artwork & bespoke works, most recently of which includes her hand-crafted wedding table decorations that you can view in 'commissions', along with more of her work.
